Deal: GTA4 DLC w/free 3 month XBL card

Cheapassgamer posted a deal from Amazon.com where they give you a 3 month Xbox Live card ($20) when you purchase the GTA4 DLC Lost and Damned ($20). So it’s essentially a free 3 months of Live or Free DLC depending on how you look at it.
Not that I’ve even played GTA4, I’m still monkeying around with Vice City Stories on the PSP, but I just bought a 3 month card the other day. Too bad, could have had more free crap.
